With HubSpot, we are confident that your data is processed in a safe and legal manner, which is crucial to maintaining the trust and integrity of our services.

The personal data collected is the information you choose to provide when you fill out the form so that we can contact you. This is information about your name, email address, telephone number and company. In addition, Inventas uses cookies that collect limited information via the browser you use to visit the website. See separate section for more information and how you can limit this.

Personal data you provide in connection with our services is stored and maintained manually by Inventas' administration. Inquiries to be contacted will be forwarded to and processed by a relevant consultant. See separate section on the processing of personal data in connection with subscriptions to our newsletters.

Inventas uses HubSpot to collect and analyze data about how our visitors use the website. As a marketing, sales, and customer service solution, this helps us understand your needs and preferences.

HubSpot collects information about your interactions on our website, such as which pages are visited, how long the visit lasts, what actions are taken, and so on. In addition to HubSpot, we also use the analytics tool Google Analytics to collect statistics about how visitors use the website. Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google, Inc.

As with HubSpot, Google uses this information to evaluate visitor behavior on the website, compile reports on website activity for website owners, and provide other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. We also use Google Tag Manager, with the purpose of being able to set up various forms of tracking related to Google Analytics, as well as handle scripts on the website. No personal data is stored in the system.

To improve our HR and recruitment process, we have also integrated Teamtailor on the website. These are HR tools that help us streamline the handling of job applications and candidate information, while we have built our career site through this portal. You can subscribe to our newsletters and stay updated on relevant information about current issues, projects and events from Inventas.

We have different subscription types:

1. Direct 1-1 communication with the sales department when you fill out the “contact us” form.

2. General newsletters with the latest news and invitations to events.

3. Marketing information: Follow-up emails related to newsletter content, events, and form completion.

4. Student: Information about positions, workshops and events specifically aimed at the student segment.

Sharing data with a third party:

If we share data with a third party, this will be specifically informed in advance, when filling out the form. For example, this may be information about who has registered, and similar information that is shared with partners in connection with joint events. It may also be any partners involved in the implementation of events, such as suppliers of ticket systems, catering companies, technicians or transporters. The purpose of the sharing is to be able to manage registrations, send out information about the event, and to be able to deliver the services ordered in connection with the event. We enter into data processing agreements with all third parties to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

In order for us to send you emails, you must register an email address in our systems. The email address is stored in a separate database at HubSpot, and is not shared with others. The address is deleted when you cancel your subscription, or if we receive feedback that it is not active.
